  15. Sir, I am a Haryana Govt. employee. I have availed fix LTC in this block year. Department pay me one salary for this block year as per Haryana Govt. letter number 13/19/2008-2SII dated 05/02/2009. no leave, no travling, no bill required for this payment.
    I want to know that this amount of LTC will include in salary or not for the calculation of income tax. Thank You. DV Gupta dvgupta638@gmail.com

Respected sir , I have a query whereby the total taxable income of my dad comes out to be rs 450000 under the head business and proffession .now he wishes to avail 1.5 lakh as deduction under section 80 c after which he would have to pay tax close to 5000 + cess .in this case now due to certain unforseen circumstances we are unable to file return by Monday sep 7 being the last day of filing returns .1)can we file return after that as well till march 31 2016 ? 2) if yes , what penalty do we have to pay to goi and what sort of exemptions can't we claim ? kindly reply with respect to ay 2015-16 .and my dad is a doctor and has income under the single head as mentioned above . thanx and regards
