About the software : This software belongs to Dell and they asked me not to share it on the net cause this also unlocks stolen laptops , and i,m not supporting that neither give advise about that. This shop mamamini prob , got the laptop this way after the owner passed away and I think the family just got the harddisk out , including the bay holder so this thing is useless because of that , and also because the connection needs a plastic converting part , to make the hard drive fit in the slot that is also not available..sad..
