  4. Who is a good dentist in Atlanta for implants? I drink a lot of caffeinated beverages and my teeth are eroding because of the acid and prior fillings I had put in while in the military service are falling out. I'm embarrassed to smile. I want new implants to boost my confidence.
  5. Please do not try to shame Kalinjax into feeling like she is the ONLY patient who has had issues with Dr Golpa. I know for a FACT there are others. A friend of mine went to Golpa and had a much worse experience than Kalin (maybe because there were extractions involved as well). My friend ended up having to go to the hospital after the procedure. A week or so later Golpa fixed the issue and paid for the return flight, however.... my friend was in HORRIBLE pain. Immediately after the surgery, Golpa asked my friend to do a testimonial video. My friend who at the time was still numb and fresh off IV sedation and therefore not in any pain did the video praising the procedure and how theres NO pain. However, by the end of the night the pain was almost unbearable for my friend (too late... testimonial was already done, smh!). Now it has been a couple of years since the procedure and my friend is very happy and doesn't regret it. Moral to the story is.... this procedure goes smooth for some and not smooth for others. DO NOT base your decision on testimonials filmed minutes after the surgery when people are still numb and high on meds. Ask to speak to a patient who has had the all-on-4 for 30 days (you will get a more honest and realistic perspective on what to expect). THANK YOU KALINJAX for sharing your story.   7. Hey guys could you help me with some information? I am currently considering getting myself permanent implants as I am missing 3 teeth in a row (standing together). I was suggested 2 implants with a bridge for a mere cost of 1200-2000$. What I wanted to ask is just how comfortable am i gonna feel with those implants for the rest of my life? Are they durable? Can they last me like 5-10 years? Is it something that will need to be replaced for another 1000$ in a couple of years or so? And, of course, just how can you eat with them? Can you still chew on chicken bones, for example? Or bite through solid candy? Will I have to change my toothpaste to go accordingly with new implants? Will I need to take special healing herbs every once in a while? Every bit of information is appreciated, thanks
  8. I'm getting this done. the dentist I'm seeing insists on snapons so im going to dr Golpa. Does he work with you to get the bridges right? Also yours look fantastic but in some of his after pics it seems the dentures aren't aligned and some seemed to have their bite off. I have definitely ideas of what I want. I don't know what snap ons are like but I assume this is much more preferable. I'd love to ask you more questions if possible.
  9. Did u got immidiate tooth extraction n implants ? For how days u feel pain in first week ?? Actually i got implants n its 4th day of my implant it was immidiate implant n i feel pain in morning n night before sleep pls tell me....did u also feel like that ?

  11. I have some questions since you have done implants yourself. I need to make an implant for one of my front tooth. I basically want to know how long does it take for this whole process. I have been wearing dentures for 4+ years. I want to know how long did it take for you to start going to work after implant. Will the implant surgery finish in a day and after that how long does it take for the gums to heal. I would really appreciate if you could help me. thank you

  13. Thank you so much for sharing this video. I am considering dental implants soon to replace a majority of my teeth. I don't remember the last time I actually smiled or even laughed without having to worry about the missing gaps I have on the sides, so I'm curious as to how it might affect my speech after the healing. Although I'm not scared about the procedure, I'm mainly concerned about the healing process and how my mouth is going to settle. What would be your best advice or a heads up before undergoing the surgery?

  16. Were you still able to work during those first two weeks after having the implants or did you have to take two weeks of vacation due to pain? I'm thinking of having this done but worried about having to use up my vacation time to recover from this.
