the little plastic piece, which locks or unlocks contents on an sd card, fell or broke off. Is there any way to replace it? I dont know if I have anything important on the card. Is this a costly data recovery service? I'm in the United States

I have a IDE HDD that i pulled out of my tower and a diode, surface mount cap and an inductor came off of it, can you do anything about that. thanks
