  3. yea, so I have uninstalled iTunes, and everything apple related, and also did the first step that u told us to do, but the damn shit still says it's 'the iPhone has been detected but it could not be identified properly'

    I have also updated my windows and everything but still no luck :(

  6. Thank you so much. I got about half way through and found out it was just the automatic setting that had been turned off. My software was already up to date, but that's all it took to fix. Very happy indeed 😄
