9. Ta prezentacja to jeden wielki chaos, wszystko lata na wszystkie strony, nie można się na niczym skupić. Microsoft stara się pokazać coś ładnego, ale niepotrafi tego pokazać w sposób prosty i przejrzysty, aby mogło to dotrzeć do każdego użytkownika. Przykład: Albo jest Outlook, albo Microsoft Outlook. Czyli, albo tworzymy produkt dla wszystkich, albo dla nikogo. Oczywiście ciągle mowa o przekazie wizerunku.
