  1. Sorry if I don't understand the whole idea, but i can imagine that smoker can feel how cigarette tastes badly and what bad feelings appear in body while smoking. But how you will distract person from sugar? It tastes very nice and gives energy.

  6. sleeping at unusual times is my bad habit..!! specially after work sometimes even if I'm not tired I feel like sleeping..! I try sometimes not to sleep but sometimes the feeling of falling asleep is good i indulge into it

  11. Warning compulsive eaters this technique might not work for you because of insuline resistance or too much glucose in the blood, so don't worry because it is not your fault if paying attention doesn't work with you.

  16. It worked for me, app's subscription is only pennies compared how much I save now of my money and most importantly health. I quit last year and don't even want to look back. App is called Craving to Quit. Will be getting his book too 'The Craving Mind'.
