If your Samsung phone / tablet is experiencing issues such as boot loop, wont start, keeps restarting, black screen, blank display, blue flashing light, totally dead, wont charge, gets stuck at Android guy, only lights up or just vibrates? Well try all these steps I have outlines but please note I tried to fit in all Samsung phones and tablets so you will not be able to preform all the steps or some of the steps may require you to do some slightly different for example accessing the System Recovery Option. Note: When i mention Galaxy S6 Active i meant S6 Edge! However I am here to help so just comment below if you need assistance.   5. great video! my problem with my Galaxy s6 is a little different though, the screen goes black and I can turn the phone back on just by pressing the on/off button. The problem is that it goes black multiple times a day, mostly when the battery is below 50%. The battery percentage is also very innacurate and it seems that everytime the screen goes off and I turn back on, it significantly decreases... Does anyone know what to do? :(

  8. Guys i really need help i an not a techie guy!!!!! Guys my samsung galaxy s4 boots up and you can see the samsung s4 logo and stays on for 2 seconds then turns itself back off! It doesnt do anything apart from go into download mode and my computer doesnt even recognise it 😭
  9. My phone is stucked on the samsung galaxy logo but it does work only when I remove the sd card. Is there a way for me to get the phone working again without doing a hard factory reset?

  11. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Recently it was unresponsive for about a week or two. Then I started playing with it. I plugged it in to charge and sometimes it would charge then go unresponsive when I try to power it on, it would vibrate and the screen would still be black. Or it just does nothing at all.
    I would try to power it on, and it either vibrates and the screen is still black, or it does nothing. I recently ordered a new battery for the phone and with new battery I think one time it responded when I plugged in the charger, so it seems my old battery works better than the new one

  15. How long does the software update usually take ? So far it's been around the 5 hour mark - surely that is a little too long. Can't tell if it's actually downloading or not - very annoying

  20. i have a Galaxy E7 today it fell and IT's on but a back screen and when i press any button IT vibrates but just some weird lines and stuff appear for a sec then goes black i get notifications but Can't see anything PLEASE HELP
