Hey bucky! While following your tutorial (1:30) I had a problem in which Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator Rev. 6.0.5 says Not compatible with Windows. I am using Android Studio 2.2 IDE btw. Is it truly essential for the creation of an App?
-
i have an error " Rendering Problems Missing styles. Is the correct theme chosen for this layout?" and how do i know that my Intel emulator accelerator is working.

How to fix- "intel x86 emulator accelerator (haxm installer) not compatible with windows"?

IF YOU HAVE INTEL VIRTUALIZATION ENABLED BUT ANDROID STUDIO SAYS VT - X IS DISABLED, ITS AVAST THATS CAUSING THE PROBLeM, YOU CAN FIX THIS WITH A SETTING OR SIMPLY UNINSTALL IT AS I DID. I HOPE THAT HELPS SOMEONE

my JDK location is c:\program fies\android studio1\jre when I use recommended. Also when I started up android studio the phone emulator didn't show neither did apptheme even though It says it was installed so I pressed my application - app - src - main - res - layout - it didnt work but the app theme did so I pressed app theme material light and it didnt show the full phone but it did show the hello world screen and a blue screen that says relative activity_main [TextView] is this a bad thing?
