  2. 1. In one of my projects I am using the Android Backup "M" version together with the BackupAPI (for supporting lower versions of Android). I tested the backup/restore on several devices and I noticed that this service is not working on some Samsung devices (running Android 4.2, 4.4). Do you know why the backup/restore is not supported by Samsung?
    2. If I install the same app on 2 different Android devices using the same google account, the backup of app will be per device or not?

  3. Backup and restore is so much better on apple. It restores all the user accounts too. It is so so much better. Google needs to up its game a little and make a smoother way to backup and restore.
    Only 25mb per app is nothing, it should store everything on the google drive and also count it to the quota if necessary. It should be mandatory for all apps to use this feature to make our lives easier, and should be upto the user if wants to decide which app to back up and which not to. This is the main area where android needs to work at this moment.

  5. Thanks Google you made it even worse! Now not only does anyone support your backup method. Now every backup app that used to work on older versions of android are broken! It's now completely fucking impossible to back my fucking apps and data up! Fuck you!
