  5. ma phone got stuck in recovery mode nd cant even get it to start. this is such afake software never use it... its abig shum DONOT USE IF UWANT TO STILL USE YOUR PHONE!!!

  8. Please reply. How come its different for me? When I scan, it scans all the pictures (cause I wanted to recover a picture) that I browse in my phone?. I didnt even save those picture, or even delete those pictures. That's bull. And I bought the product only for that important pic...

  10. I got stuck in 90% ,it just rebooted my cellphone 20 times and nothing.
  11. I haven't been able to get this to work for my Note 7 yet. I sort of would like it to work, lol ... If only there was a Recycle Bin.

  17. this piece of crap program bricked my phone. I had to jump through hoops and manually factory reset it. Now i cant update software because knox was tripped when i used this program and my phone randomly power cycles.. thanks for ruining my note 3. Fuck the devs and this shitty crapware

  20. Installing this was a big mistake! I downloaded the trial version and it did connect to my rooted phone. My phone shows dr. Fone,the logo and ''recovering...''. Then the program couldn't detect my phone so it didn't continue,but my phone is still stuck at recovery mode! I tried everything and I still can't get in to my phone. Can you help me? I have a galaxy s4
