    This was my main problem. ( Fastboot Reason: Volume down key pressed too long) Now I can't receive any calls from anybody and I am unable to scrol down the information window either. Please give any suggestions to fix that problem . You are the best so far.

  18. In think during making factory reset in this Unlocked phone, OS got removed from the phone and hence it is showing the blank screen now with Moto Logo with white background. Can anyone guide me ?
