5. Note this video helped me out and just to help others out...
   
   When you attempt this procedure and go into the rescue menu on Android:
   
   1) If it doesn't work and it keeps trying to boot into Android, do a reset (usually most tablets have a reset button, just press that in). Or if you have no reset button or a phone, just hold the power button in for about 5-10 seconds, that will power off the phone. Then power it on again with the volume up button pressed down at same time. Note: Some makes of tablets and phones require BOTH the volume up AND down buttons to be pressed at same time as power button, so try that if the up button by itself doesn't work.
   
   2) Second point, on the menu on some devices, it says use the home button as ENTER to select menu options. This is not correct and doesn't work on many devices, its usually the POWER on/off button which acts as ENTER in menu mode.

8. Didn't work for me, it was a different tablet maker. What did work for me was to reset it via ADB commands
