AOSP recovery mode available for selected unlocked Xperia devices

With the latest software provided through Sony’s Flash tool for Xperia devices, recovery mode is available for Xperia Z1, Xperia Z1 Compact, Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia E3, Xperia M2, Xperia T2 Ultra, and Xperia T3 devices with unlocked boot loader. Work is in progress to make recovery mode available for more devices in coming software releases. With recovery mode enabled, you can build or download a custom Android recovery image and flash it to your device.

No clear instructions on how to flash the new kernel or bootloader. I have unlocked the bootloader how ever the flash tool gives a message "no services available" so I m not able to get the recovery partition. Please help with a video or instructions

plz sony.... my girl install a keyboard program and now, on unlock screen i can only see voice comand, i cannot unlock my T2 ultra anymore
i try to hold volume up and power buttons, but it do 1 vibration, them 3 vibrations, i hold out power button and a blue led show up on top of phone but nothing happens.... only the blue light there and nothing on screen!!!
