  7. I did what you said and the info is on the external drive . Something happened to my laptop and I need to restore . When I click on restore file advanced It won't show the external drive and I clicked refresh and still nothing . When I click on refresh I can see the light on the external drive flash for a second but still nothing showing up on the restore files . the external drive works great . I can open it in computer and see everything I can see the back up file but the backup and restore program doesn't list it .
  8. If I do a second backup of my whole Documents folder (~50GB), will it make a full copy of everything, more than doubling what's stored on the external hard drive, or overwrite/ignore items that haven't changed?
  9. hi Eric what if you have work that's constantly changing and being added to your drive's , so backing up would have to be on going ? .... as i have multiple drives with data and images on that are important .... job :Photographer

  11. Can I clone everything on my computer running Windows 7 to an external hard drive? If my drive crashes I would like to be able to transfer 'everything' from back up drive to my internal C drive.
