  14. This procedure isn't working for me. When I followed the steps outlined in the video, I couldn't even access the store folder. And when I tried copying the "inbox.dbx" file to a more accessible folder, I got an error message saying, "No messages can be found in this folder," etc. So thanks for the suggestion, but unless I'm missing something, this isn't solving my problem.

  18. Thanks for creating this site. It has saved me many time. The only problem I have is when I get to the location of messages screen. When I browse and find the folder with files I copy and pasted. I'll click on the folder but will get the message "no messages can be found in this folder or another aplication is running that has the required files open. Please select another folder or try closing apps. that may have files open. I have tried numerous times but cannot open that folder.
