  1. Ashis, please help me. I had to do a total reset on my Lumia 640 because I lost the Windows Live Mail icon in the start menu. I got as far as the sign in button and I signed in but that's where I got stuck because I could not restore my phone. I have my old phone (a Windows Phone 7). It is paired to the new phone but I need to restore the new 640. How can I do this. I have the new start menu on the new phone. How do I restore the new phone. I really wish I could speak to you on the phone.

But each time i reset my phone a new backup is done form last session and now i have currently 8-9 backups in total .. but i dont use them and i love to start from scratch every time .. the problem is i cannot delete those backups and they are getting more and more every time ..   4. Hi. I have a lumia 620 and recently I backed up and reset my phone. But i didnt restore I started afresh.
    If I reset it again;
    1) Will it ask me restore the same backup if its available?
    2) Will the same backup be available or will I have to make a new one?

    I have lots of music videos downloaded direct to tube downloader app'.
    If I need to master reset the phone, I lose them. They are stored within
    the app itself & presume they play back via the browser link, as you
    can not see the vid listings anywhere. Can I backup these vids to the
    cloud or drive, & would it be the same if the app was on the sd card not
    on the phone where it is now ? I could take photos of the listings as revealed
    by the app & start again, or download the vids on the pc & transfer them to the sd.
    But it would be easier all round if the app & it's vids on the phone could be backed up
    & restored. Have you a workaround ?

  17. i have Nokia Lumia 730 which i m unable to take backup since last 4 months or more Each time when I try to take backup its goes up to 96% After that an error msg popsup that there is some error please try again latter kindly help to take backup.   18. sms restored partially. While I go into Email+Accounts for the hotmail account I see message "Not Up to Date". On Clicking on it I get Hotmail error message Error Code : 86000C0A
  19. hi sir.. I reset my Lumia 730 and the phone asked to restore a recent backup. I had to cancel using that backup that time as I had to make an urgent call and needed the phone to be working sooner. Is it possible to restore that backup now without resetting my phone??
  20. hello there !! i have backed up my stuff more than three time with different names of mobile , im using lumia 720. while restored im gettin only two of backed up stuff, i dont have a chance to get what period of backup i saved previous. is there any technique to get back all the backup lists i have saved. please reply soon
