  9. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO PRESS COMBINATION OF CRTL+ALT+DEL THEN OPEN "START NEW TASK MANAGER"= TYPE "Explorer.exe" or find it in local disk C: press Enter
    Step 2: download "SuperAntiSpyware" and scan you computer and solve it. hope it works. and I am sure it works

    so when I was using it earlier it was working fine and when i tried to load a game my moniter said signal out of range, I new what to do as it had happened before, so I did what I had to and loaded safe mode, but when I did it didn't work, it just loaded a black screen which then only showed something when I moved the mouse, and that was only the cursor, I need help, please respond

  16. followed ur last step in the description, by pressing f8, went to cmd, and made a new entry shell with value 'explorer.exe' then restarted the pc, but same black screen error :(

  20. once I selected the USB option the laptop did everything else after. I didnt have to choose anything. Is it safe to remove the USB now or should I just leave it in?
