I have used TotalMounter but there are many software are available To create Bootable recovery USB disk So start by create a virtual cd/dvd drive and then burn recovery image on it then just create ISO file from that image and extract it on your USB drive (Make sure you have set partition active from "create and format harddisk partitions option" in Windows 7)
