His victorious battles with the United States government were centered around Dr. Burzynski's gene-targeted cancer medicines he discovered in the 1970's called Antineoplastons, which have currently completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and has been given permission by the FDA to begin the final phase of FDA testing--randomized controlled clinical trials. When Antineoplastons are approved, it will mark the first time in history a single scientist, not a pharmaceutical company, will hold the exclusive patent and distribution rights on a paradigm-shifting medical breakthrough. Antineoplastons are responsible for curing some of the most incurable forms of terminal cancer. He was able to initially produce and administer his discovery without FDA-approval from 1977-1995 because the state of Texas at this time did not require that Texas physicians be required to adhere to Federal law in this situation. This law has since been changed. As with anything that changes current-day paradigms, Burzynski's ability to successfully treat incurable cancer with such consistency has baffled the industry. Ironically, this fact had prompted numerous investigations by the Texas Medical Board, who relentlessly took Dr. Burzynski as high as the state supreme court in their failed attempt to halt his practices. Likewise, the Food and Drug Administration engaged in four Federal Grand Juries spanning over a decade attempting to indict Dr. Burzynski, all of which ended in no finding of fault on his behalf. my little brother was treated by dr burzynski back in 1997-1998 for astrocytoma brain cancer. after he was mutilated by the doctors at hollywood children's hospital unfortunately. 2 surgeries, the second being the most invasive. when they crushed his optic nerve and maimed the other one, he was left with only partial vision in one eye. he looked like he just came out of a prize fight. eyes swollen shut, his appearance changed forever after. when we were presented with treatment options to eradicate the remaining bits left behind, that's when the real hopelessness started. he was going to die unless we treated him with poison that was going to kill everything, and hopefully the tumor also. IF he survived, he would be most likely a vegetable from the "cure". fuck that. we found out about burzynski through word of mouth, this being before the internet of today where everything is available. we met with him and started using his antineoplastins. one and a half years later, he was in full remission with no more damage done to his body.
this is where i wish the story ends but it's not that easy.. see, what isn't mentioned is the cost of this treatment. at the time almost 20 years ago, it was around $13,000. a month. my parents were well off and they had the option to pay for it, but this is not the case for the majority. $13,000 a month cash, no financing from a bank because it's not a good investment for them.. and also no breaks from the miracle man himself. 1.5 years times $13,000. can you afford it? when his cancer came back, there was no more money for the treatment. we were turned away by burzynski and were forced to go with conventional medicine. he died 4 months after the cancer came back, in pain the entire time, and died in front of me at the Ronald McDonald house in hollywood because we were financially ruined and could not afford even basic needs. his treatment works. i saw it with my own eyes. what is doesn't work is that most people will never be able to experience it because of the cost. i don't blame burzynski.. not in a logical sense.. it's the FDA and our government that is making it hard, correction impossible for us regular people to be cured. to this day i don't trust doctors. i would think that as a medical professional, you would at least know what's out there and fight for the right to treat your patients with something that works. i watched my brother die slowly and painfully. i held his hand when he took his last breath. i carried his body to the car so we could take him home before he was cremated. i did all this and fractured my heart and soul forever.. and it didn't have to happen. but it did happen and it continues to this day. fuck you FDA. i miss my brother
The biggest thief is the government and that this dam Polak will apparently not come here and think that he is something bigger. than the FDA, they even try to steal the patent from him, dam thiefs.

Again, is this for the rich? This seems to be my experience with Gene cancer therapy. I have uterine cancer. I don't know what to do. They want surgery. But I have heart issues and am at a loss. Do you treat uterine cancer?Is there any place by New Jersey where I could join a clinical trials with the doctor's Gene therapy. I just can't afford a lot of money. I only have NJ Medicaid and and am HMO. Please help if you can anyone?

Burzynski has been researching these since the 70s. He's conducted many trials (64), but never managed to produce any credible evidence that they work for any type. Big Pharma has got to be one of the most evil entities on the planet. They go out of their way to not cure cancer and to make sure every child is injected with enough mercury and aluminum to kill an elephant.

Who could be more qualified to propose a treatment or possible cure for many cancer patients than Dr. Burzynski? Dr. Burzynski is a medical doctor who also holds a PhD. If he is saving some lives, allow him to continue. Each cancer patient has unique responses to treatment. In other words, not all cancer patients respond the same to the same treatment. Each type of treatment has its own merits. All treatments should be carefully considered. All medical treatments should be open to examination. The bottom line is to save lives.
I am following Dr Burznski for years , admire his war against our "government". BUT I am tired from his war.
Maybe it is about time to move his clinic to mexico , where their government will not prevent him to save people lives .
I am sure , sick people will pay an extra for flight and hotel to avoid the chemotherapy and radiation .
I, d'ont have health insurance , went to a surgery that cost in USA 20,000 , and paid 4000 + 800 flights ,and it was not life threatening medical issue.

Someone who had cancer and believe in alternative cure /treatment will find a way to go to Mexico.
