  16. once the wizard pops up I cleared data, back, force stop, force stop, close, and when I click next it brings me back to the first screen with language selection and start button.. did they patch this? is anyone else having this problem or am i just doing something wrong? device is Samsung galaxy express 3 for at&t..

Sorry but you have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT Android 5.1 has solved that issue and will always return to selecting a WiFi connect to continue, the ONLY way to avoid this is to get a tablet from Ebay with Android 5.0 that doesn't have that friggin annoying device protections shit. DO NOT BUY ANY NEW DEVICES THAT RUN ANDROID 5.1 it WILL be guaranteed unless you write down every detail of every part of your google account, then you WILL be screwed if you forget what account was used to initially set up the device, and the only option then is to trash it, and BUY one from Ebay
