  1. My DCIM folder does not show up as a drive and this program does not present it as an option. Know how to get around this? My iPhone shows up under "This PC".
  2. Uh, NO. This thing finds the images but then wants to charge you to actually recover them. Advertised as FREE, bait & switch!
  3. all I get is my computer local drive and disk.(c and d drives

  5. Tried it, but only displaying C: and D: options, no phone appearing, which is where I lost the data from.
