I found a very simple way to recover these files using kaiboer media player, just plug in your device and kaiboer media player will detect all folders in the said device (whether hidden or not on a pc) then simply rename the "FOUND.000" folder with any name you want it to be then... Voilà, Windows can now detect your lost files in the "FOUND.000" folder as if they were not disturbed.
