  14. A femtocell from a mobile carrier is generally a bad idea. Femtocells are used to route your mobile phone calls through your home internet connection when regular carrier access is spotty. The important thing to realize that you're allowing the mobile carrier to freely use your high-speed home internet connection - the very connection you're already paying for. Some folks may not care, but thought to put that out there.
