  5. Telling where the mail is located does not help in how to recover it. This is like saying the letter I mailed thru the post office is in China. But you never say how to locate it in China! Recovery is not the same as telling locations unless the link is drawn to HOW to get to that point.

  8. Dear Steve,  What do you mean when you say "an e-mail program instead of a webmail"?  You mean hotmail/gmail as webmail while Outlook an email program?
  9. Hi, could you help me find my deleted gmail account? I lost my gmail that I use for my blog, and tried to work it out with Google, but they ask me to have a judge order to be able to restore it. No judge will take my case as not a lot of layers are trained to handle these online issues. I have very little info on the account as it is over a year now, but I can try my best to give all the details necessary.

  12. Help!!! I accidentally deleted my .pst and emails files and I need them back for outlook 2010. Is there anything I can do? I have tried a few programs and they find the files, but when I try to save or recover they freeze up. I am getting no where and what could you recommend I do. I have all my husbands payslips within those emails. His work sends them to my email, as he has no computer skills at all and has no email account for himself. Also I do his accounting for him. I thought I had a backup, but when I went to retrieve the files from there I found my external hard drive is corrupted and nothing has been saved at all. PLEASE HELP!!! I am pulling my hair out and he is going to kill me (not really), but you know what I mean.

Hello, I after a few months logged into my Hotmail now Outlook account to find all my emails gone, am told by Microsoft that it is as a result of the change from Hotmail to Outlook, after going through the community help site, it seems that there is nothing that can be done to recover my few years of lost/deleted email? any suggestions?? to try with Microsoft?   Thank you (Funny as my primary Hotmail account was not affected by this lost/deleted email issue, perhaps due to the regular signing in on that account )

  15. Hi, Steve. Thanks for your nice video (infact, Ive seen the video for the first time). Now coming to my problem. I hv'nt been using my yahoo account for a year. For that reason my account was blocked (may be). Anyway, later, I was able to recover my account. But, it became a very new account (as if, Im using it for the first time)! There were a few emails, both in inbox and sent box. Is there any hope to find or restore my lost emails? Please help me. Best regards to you.
