Recovering a deleted file with Encase, from an NTFS formatted USB drive

  1. Why can not you talk?
  2. Sure, if you want to pay a lifetime of wages to take a course in forensic recovery OR pay a hefty price, $299 plus all the taxes and fees attached, to purchase the CHEAPEST everyday user version. Unreal. There are FREE programs that will help recover lost or damaged files on your system, and did I say FREE?? To those CAN afford this, or would actually purchase it, I do hope it's better than it was advertised :)
  3. Deleted files are still located where they were before. The file names are just modified by replacing the first digit in the name with a "~", that indicates the file has been deleted. That tells the computer the space on the hard drive occupied by the deleted file is available to be written to again. If you continue to use the computer after deleting files, and the area the deleted files occupied is written to, the ability to recover the once deleted files becomes harder, but NOT impossible.
  4. hey hellow hjow get this software i really need this
  5. It's easy peasy to recovery 'deleted data once' but what about recovering original data on a hard drive that has been data wiped clean and written over many times? Can any recovery software do this?
