  5. If your computer has upgraded to Windows 10, you got nothing. Save your stuff, wipe the drive, get a Dell factory disc and go for it. Microsoft screwed you.

  14. Your an Idiot Microsoft system restore is your typical restore click no then go to HP recovery on following page make sure you know your stuff before you advertise !
