  4. Can I create a backup of file C (Win & programs) on drive X. Then buy a new HDD/SDD (lets say drive Y). Open Win through the old drive C. And then load the whole drive C on to the new drive Y? So that the new drive becomes my new C drive and I can format the old drive C?
