  2. i was trying to make a recovery on an 8gb usb and my computer says i need a usb of at least 32gb but then i read that i cannot create a recovery on an usb of size larger than 32gb

  6. it says to me I have the flash drive in and everything it says "some required files are missing. To trouble shoot problems when your PC can't start, use your windows installation disc or media" it also wouldn't let me check the box. Plz help if you know how to fix.

  16. hey my computer hp was going slow an ultimately froze to the point I had to hold the power down to cut it off. an then when it rebooted a light blue screen said I needed to recover my pc. I just bought a windows 8.1 recovery cd but it doesn't get me anywhere. I ran the program for recovery but the computer just restarts an I tried to redo windows but on the drive it says they're not in the correct order do it anyways? I put yes but it says error can't be done. anyone know if I can still use the cd, or have to get new hard drive an windows software?
