  1. Wondershare Data Recovery has Windows and Mac version, it is a professional data recovery software supports to recover deleted data from hard drive or any other storage device.

The one main problem with this piece of software is that it renames the files (file001,file002 etc etc) so if you are recovering pictures it could essentially find thousands deleted pics they lived on that USB stick, or HDD over time, so you will have to go and view each one until you find the file/s you want to recover... unless there is another better method to find the file/s you are after, I can't see it.

  7. Nice App. Just downloaded it. But I have a different problem. My external hard disk is not being detected by my PC (though it is getting powered on). I thought I may recover files from it by this app but this app also could not detect my external hard disk. Can you please advise me how to recover data from an external hard disk which is not detected by my PC.
