  2. Hey Brandon, I keep getting iTunes error 14 when trying to "update" my iPhone 7+ from 10.3 to 10.2.1. Is that the problem you were talking about getting? Because it keeps failing and sticking on the progress screen for the restore with the bar barely moved. Then I have to restore from a backup of 10.3 and try again if i want to keep the data. Is that normal?
  3. "an unknown error has appeared" happens everytimei try installing 10.2.1 on my iphone 6. i get the restore screen and then it starts uptate and the message pops up... and my phone freezes at the start.... just try again? ive tryed for 4-5 times now...

  14. by the way to check if your iPhone is GSM or golal, open iTunes with your phone plugged in and click on "Serial Number" a few times until it says "Model Identifier " then if it says "iPhone9,2" means its global, if it says "iPhone9,4" its GSM (for iPhone 7 Plus). For iPhone 7 9,1 means global, 9,3 means GSM.
