4. I installed Windows 8.1 on a new SSD for my Dell laptop, this should be able to create a recovery of that correct? Will it prompt me to make a new user account when i do the recovery like it does when it comes preinstalled from the factory dell HD? Thanks
5. This is out of date. Dell systems are now shipping with Windows 10, and according to DBAR, Windows 10 is not supported. It may work anyway, but if so, it needs to be updated.
