  3. hi dear in my laptop the backup was built in windows but now if i start the back up it didn't complete its goes to 100% but does not finished at all, and i can update windows from 8 to 8.1 but i can't refresh the same windows.
    so whats this problem is and what to do how to solve it?

    And wanted to do recovery.

  7. this didnt help me at all. the problem is I cant pass the boot sector, so how the hell am i supposed to install that file
  8. when installing it stops and says microsoft recovery environment missing on my dell venue pro 8.I noticed I am missing my recovery partition after. how to make or restore this partition?

  11. Every time when I update Dell Backup and Recovery on my Inspiron 17R with Win 8, the the PE enivironment stops working
  12. Burning DVDs can be a bit more difficult than using a USB flash drive. It could be an error the program caused, it can also be caused by the blank DVD media as well. I've used DVD +R discs with pretty good success for burning proofs of videos, but if I had a bad write or disc the error typically occurs in the validation process. I've had the best success with Taiyo Yuden DVD +R discs, but the Amazon Basics spindles are less expensive. -Travis B.
  13. Sadly this new version (1.5) does not work. After the 3rd DVD was done and ejected. The app asked to re-insert that last DVD disk. It went 3/4 way through a verify/validation process at which point it failed with the error, "An error occurred" .. That's it. No other explanation and I can't create recovery media.
