  1. after all the scanning process i have pushed the recover button but nothing happens..i don't know what is the problem..but the sd recovery option works fine.what can i do?
  2. well.... its true... this is trash.. it only detects my contacts,msg, call history.. thats all the rest are (0) i have lots of videos,etc.. that i deleted but this thing only scan for 3..

    DO NOT USE THIS TOOL!!! IT RUINS UR PHONE COMPLETELY! IT SAYS RESTARTING PHONE , WHEN DOING THIS, THIS TOOL DELETES THE STARTUP OF UR PHONE!! MY PHONE COULDN'T START UP ANYMORE!!,
    sorry for caps but please do not use this tool, i was so emotional that i lost all my videos and photo's that i just downloaded this tool to get it back but it's 100% SCAM!!
