  2. It's not a powerful tool! It don't work and they won't refund you like they say! They wont even reply to emails!

  4. rubbish not even the internetย  workedย ย after using it, a waste of 20 dollars. Going to try and get money back off paypal, if not take it further.

  7. Well it would be nice if your website would direct me to a page with instructions on how to get these utilities to the cd now that I've paid $40 for your software.
  8. I have a Winload.exe error and error code 0xc000098 plus 0xc000021 The machine gets stuck in perptual cycle and cant boot. I have paid for the windows 10 pro version as my machine did the automatic windows 10 update and has been operating ok for a couple of months. I have tried everything to repair the boot but nothing it working. I have used Easy recovery which loads to the main menu but then just goes into various scrolling text screens with lots of errors. So unfortunately this software doesnt seem to do the trick. For reference I have a Novatech machine which is installed with Windows 7 originally and then upgraded to 10. It has a solid state drive with the operating system on and a secondary hard drive (1TB).
  9. Everything was working great until I clicked the final Automated Repair button and it stated "The selected partition cannot be recovered with this repair CD. You must use EasyRE for Widows XP instead. Please select a different drive to continue." I am using a Windows XP Desktop PC and a USB for EasyRE. PLEASE HELP!!

  14. my win 7 is missing " bootmgr" , so i used RE software using USB drive, when the comp boots from the USB, i get an error. Symbol " grub_divmod64_full" not found and then i get comand promot
    grub rescue >


    what am i doing wrong? why wont this software boot my computer?

    I've had nothing but trouble with my PC since my dual boot between windows and Ubuntu started to act up. My attempts at repair eventually resulted in a system that would not boot at all.

    Used EasyRE, chose the automated fix and it booted into Windows 10 first time!!

    Even better they had a special offer on the Pro version so I got it at discount!!.

    I am so happy I don't have to backup all my data and reinstall windoze from scratch.
  18. Now this is something new... Easy Recovery Essentials won't start. I have the bootable EasyRE Pro for Windows 7 CD. It runs ok on my laptop but it won't boot on my PC (where I need it!). It seems like it will start but after a few seconds the CD-Drive goes off and the screen goes black. No mouse cursor, no nothing...
    Can you please give some help on this issue?

  19. thanks. it worked. i solvedย an operating system wasn't found try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system problem. i had an image taken with symantech ghost. i restored my pc with symantech ghost. then i made a mistake and it got error. i try to solve the problem without formating pc. finally i found this program.
