  10. Dude thank you so much!. This save my butt, it really works. I had deleted files accidentally off of an micro SD card and this program was able to find all the deleted files and put them back on my computer. For everyone who is skeptical, this really does work. However you will need a serial number to actually save the files.

  14. 2014 i formatted my mack book air i lusted all pic and video as wil as my documents its is possible recover all that files.
  15. I can't believe it!!!! Just like Pareen below, while waiting for the scan to complete, my computer somehow recognized my external drive again!!!! (It happened during the Updating and filtering directory entries stage.) How is that possible?? Why did that happen? I'm actually very curious. Now I'm afraid to eject it; Don't want it to disappear again. I'm still completing the scan, just in case, but, boy is it taking a long time!!! Thank you so much for your help!!

This program takes a long time to run (my corrupted external hard drive is 750GB) so I didn't actually get to the part with the directory tree of files or have to to use the recover function but halfway through the scanning process, OS X somehow recognized my drive again and I was able to copy over all my files. You saved over 10 years of pictures and videos - I cannot thank you enough!
  19. so i was able to recover and move lost files from my old maxtor 3100 external to my new macbook pro BUT most of the video/audio files (mpg/mov/avi/mp3) still wont open. does that mean those files are still corrupt and would there actually be another way to recover them? just wondering if you've came across the same situation. thanks!
