  2. very well made video....unfortunately the process doesn't work, as the video files are in a format (STR) that makes them impossible to copy over to your computer

  12. once you have formatted the HDD why don't you install a PC OS on it live Windows Vista
  13. When I connect my ex sky hard disk my Windows 7 pc tells me there has been a problem with one of the usb devices and won't recognise the drive. Is there anything I can do to retrieve the recordings?

  16. I tried to download +extract, but the zip file wouldn't extract. It says run as administrator if using windows vista, I am using windows 10, help please
