    no restore of windows just a full reset but only on c: and not d: ... is it possible with this tool?

    Thanks for the video. In my case it does not help, because I have modified some partition trying to install Win7 on Win8 machine. Do you know of recovery CD's on the web ?

    Despues de hacer todo lo ke se indica en tu video al instertar el disco de Recovery de Windows 7 me dice lo siguiente "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows your running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an 86x or x64 version of the program, and then contact the software publisher" mi laptop ea de 64 bit al igual que el disco de recuperacion que viene con la compu.

    Cuando intento hacer el full/factory recovery mi laptop tarda hrs y me da un error diciendo que no puede realizar el recovery (eh intentado hacer esto debido a queme salvo la pantalla azul de la "muerte")
  9. Hi. I have a big problem. I just installed Ubuntu 13.10 and I struggle to reformat my PC. I was able to do so by deleting all the partitions on the hard drive. Now I am using Windows 8. Here comes the problem. Now I can't boot to Recovery Solution. and I cannot Install Recovery Solution. It just says that there no recovery drive on the pc and the installer would automatically quit. What should I do?

Hola Harry, felicidades el mejor video que he visto sobre recovery solution, tengo una pregunta: Si yo hago clic en la opción restauración completa, mis datos de las particiones D o E (donde se almacena la mayor parte de información como documentos, videos y demás) se borraran? Es decir se borraría TODA LA INFORMACION DE LA UNIDAD D. Espero tu ayuda gracias. Saludos

Last and final solution, u have to through all Samsung sys, u have to do a fresh windows installation, check i have many video for install windows 7 and 8 but u will lose all ur data, if u can open ur HDD and connect that to a desktop PC via sata port u can back up all ur data, i think i have a video of that too, but do those if u don't have more warranty from Samsung, wish u all the best : )
  17. Hi Luke, try to enter into ur bios by clicking f2 0r f10 or del, check at boot option make ur HDD as first boot, lets see what happen, best of luck :)
