Thank you for the support! **AMAZON ASSOCIATES DISCLOSURE: http://bit.ly/29Z23OQ ▼Transcript▼ Greetings and salutation thanks for click this video this Neil from howisolve.com In today's Video we will see how to overcome the reboot loop issue in Windows 7 which leads to the following error message windows could not complete the installation to install windows on this computer restart installation this error usually occurs when fresh windows 7 installation is interrupted before a user account is created I will show you who to easily resolve this issue using two methods so let's dive in Method 1 press Shift + F10 this will open up the command prompt window now type in cd %windir%/system32/oobe/ hit enter now type in msoobe hit enter on doing this it will open the user creation program just create a generic user account click Next give it a password if you require so I am leaving it blank select use the recommended settings select you time zone and that's it after that you should be able to login to your system successfully if that method doesn't work let step in to method two In this method again press Shift + F10 to bring up the command prompt and then type mmc now go to file add remove snap-in select computer management click add select local computer click ok click finish now click on the arrow click on system tools select local users and groups double click on administrator and un-check account is disabled hit ok then right click on administrator select set password click proceed in this set a password of any reasonable length and now restart your system after doing this the error should get resolved and you should be able to login to your system thanks for watching this video if it helped you please hit the like button and also if you know someone who is facing a similar kind of problem please do share this video with him again thanks for watching you can subscribe to our channel for watching more such quick fixes that's it folks see you later bye

  10. I'm in a toshiba satellite laptop and I'm installing windows and it it on 65% then on 81% then it refreshes and does the same thing. Please help

Para algunos que se le queda colgado en "completado instalación " desconectan la entrada vga del monitor, a mi no me hizo falta en un momento se cambio la pantalla a la mayor resolución automáticamente mientras "completando instalación" Previo a completando instalación hay que retirar el pendrive windows y coló Carló cuando dice iniciando windows , y así sigue " completando instalación " y creo que hay que repetir el mismo proceso en el segundo reinicio
  13. You are a gentleman and a scholar. This fixed me up. I couldn't find my Win 7 SP1 DVD so I used a non SP1 DVD. I also installed a 1 TB replacement disk and I believe that had contributed to my problem. Thanks for saving me a bunch of time.
