2. This doesn't help me on lumia 640 XL LTE, i tried hard reset with buttons as Pawan Kumar said, and it wan't help too...new problem, bigger problem i guess

4. No need to install from pc 💻 just HARD RESET your phone it will take only 20minutes. And it was easy too try these if u got that problem sad Lumia face.... It will definitely on if u do a hard reset
