Fix Nokia Asha 501/5XX Missing Apps

Since the recent update to the Nokia Asha 230, 500, 501, 502 and 503 some, myself included have noticed some crucial apps have been missing, unavailable or just plain broken. Here I offer a fix which is quick and easy and should return your Nokia Asha device to a fully working handset. If the methods in this video do not recover your missing apps you may need to use the Nokia Software Recovery tool which you install on a PC and connect your Asha device to it by USB.   8. Please help. The default files of my Asha 501 is suddenly deleted after connecting to my laptop. Then it reset itself. The default files are missing like the default ringtones and wallpapers. Some apps are also missing like the Nokia store, Skydrive. Now when I click the link in the description, it leads me to a recovery tool for LUMIA phones only. What should I do now?

  12. Hey Sir, I have a big problem on my nokia asha 501 phone.
    My apps are deleted even if i haven't do anything my store,games and even my important notes , my messages , call log etc. My internet is so different now not like my first use in my phone. sometimes i can  brows sometime i can't, Sometimes it says that you need to have a certificate  . The old ringtone in my phone is deleted .When i go to homepage it says that this service isn't supported. Can you help me sir,What should i do?
