Sir can you help me to solve whatsapp issue? From 2 months I am getting messages from whatsapp like "unfortunately your whatsapp has stopped" or something went wrong with your chats or whatsapp error. It throws me out of whatsapp when i am typing or click on download. as asks for restore or skip restore dialog box daily..almost whenever i open my whatsapp specially while opening whatsapp for 1st time. It's happening from 2 months. i had previously gbwa also but i deleted it after this issue and i tried parallel space because original wa was not working. stil did'nt solved. I have samsung galaxy grand neo GT i 9060, with 1 gb ram but used everytime around 800 mb and have internal free space of about 1 gb always. my whole mobile is working very good only whatsapp troubling... I have tried clear data and force stop....reset mobile many times...still could not solve issue...sometimes when i open fb app mobile switch offs automatically...i have installed and re-installed whatsapp many times... please help me find a solution...If possible give me your email id so that i can share screenshots of error with you..

I am using a Micromax phone, I had to flash the device due to a virus problem. I flashed a new rom into the phone and tried the exact same steps as above, but it is still stuck at restoring messages, I am connected to a proper wifi connection with 10Mbps speed
