  6. Hi I am experiencing the blue screen of death on my nokia lumia 630. And I´m not able to use the link you´ve provided because my laptop keeps telling me that its not compatible with the software because my pc runs on Chrome OS whereas the software is Windows. Please help!!!

Hi please can you HELP ME , I have the NOKIA 640 XL when i turn it on I'm able to put my pin in and unlock, my wallpaper is on the screen but soon as you unlock it the screen goes black so I press the back <- arrow button and the screen just stays blue, i don't have the sad face or anything? and also if i keep a hold of the search icon Cortorna speaks and says sorry can't connect to the internet please try later, but the screen is black at this point and i can't do anything with it as there nothing on the screen.
    Only when I press the back icon it goes blue screen, I've removed my sim card and memory card, as i thought maybe i was getting hacked as i downloaded some new apps but then read about them and was told not to as they were scams, so before it broke i uninstalled them. i thought maybe it was the apps that broke my phone. any help how to get it up and running again I be grateful for any advice or help thank you. can you reply to me under this message please.
