A quick video of how to flash a firmware.zip to the HTC One M7, this method will work with most HTC devices. YOU MUST BE S-OFF for this to work I don't explain it in the video but to get into the fastboot mode, you'll have to select fastboot in Hboot using the power button The Commands: Fastboot oem rebootRUU Fastboot flash zip firmware.zip Fastboot flash zip firmware.zip (same command if first time fails) Fastboot reboot then enjoy

  11. Just a tip for someone stucking with the phone (one mini m4 in my case) on bootup (phone boots directly into the fastboot menu). Install adb(fastboot), installa htc sync manager (just for the drivers), unplug anything from pc while installing this. Then start adb as admin and use first the command fastboot oem rebootRUU (as mentioned in the vid). The phone should restart now (might possible to skip this step but I use it as confirmation that the device is plugged and ready to receive commands via cmd). After the device booted back into fastboot menu use the command fastboot reboot-bootloader. Just wait some seconds and the device should restart normaly again. This worked for me on a (german) Telekom branded (xxx.111.x) m4.
