  2. Nokia stopped supporting NaviFirm+ back in late Jan 2016. Nokia Data package needs a login to work. After installing Phoenix, it results with a DLL error and fails to detect phone or able to use USB. All in all, the device is no longer supported. Better go open-source.

  16. Don;t try for lumia-520 or lumia model. For lumia-520 "RM-914" is not available in phoenix.
