  14. If you forgot your password you can do a factory reset by pressing the Nova (?) switch which is on right side of power on/off button. Just download Ubuntu and burn to CD or USB stick if you need to save personal files:>Boot into Ubuntu:>Save files>Plug in AC adaptor into laptop. Then Power Off and power up with the Nova button to do a factory reset (just hold down the little Nova button, not the power) and you'll have options and one is to reset. Hope that helps but you will lose all of the programs you have installed but better then being locked out.
