Step 1: (On another computer Google search "iSumsoft Windows Password Refixer or directly go to iSumsoft official site to download this program.") Install "iSumsoft Windows Password Refixer" on the computer. (This computer can be any one desktop/laptop/tablet/surface with Windows 8/8.1/7/Vista installed.) Step 2: Launch this software. And connect a USB or CD/DVD flash drive to the computer. Then choose your flash drive type, note the flash drive letter, then click Begin burning button. Just less than one minute and the burning process is complete. When you see the dialog box saying Burning successfully you can close the software and take out the flash drive. Step 3: Start or restart locked hp laptop and hold the BIOs/UEFI key (ESC/F10) to enter BIOS/UEFI and set hp laptop to boot from your USB or CD/DVD flash drive. Step 4: After laptop boots, Windows Password Refixer screen displays. This program displays your Windows 8 installed on your hp laptop and all the use accounts. Just select the Windows 8 system and the use account whose password you forgot, then click Reset Password button. You password will be removed.
