  6. Us it completely free? For the past few data recovery software I have tried, it finds the files but when I click to recover it says I have to purchase the full software... I need these videos because I have spent a year working on shooting them and now they're gone.

  11. So mad.. I had a paper I deleted the file of due in three days as part of a large assignment... disk drill found every document I DIDN'T need, yet it could not find the bibliography paper I so needed.
  12. Hi, not everything is recoverable, unfortunately. We guarantee flawless recovery only for files that can be correctly previewed. If preview doesn't show the content you are looking for, or an item is being reported as corrupted, most probably that data is no longer recoverable. It's also important to try all recovery methods, the following order: Quick Scan, Search for Lost Partitions, Deep Scan. It might be that other recovery methods are more efficient than just using Deep Scan.
