Before jumping to the main course, I want you to remember one thing. Stop adding data on the formatted portable drive. Else, you may not get back your entire data from it. So, first visit the page "recoverseagate.com/freeagent.html". Download the software from this green button and install it on your computer. Upon launching the software, you will get this screen. Here, select Recover Drives module. Then, choose any of these options depending on the requirement. Here, select your Free Agent Goflex portable drive and hit Next. Software searches the selected drive to find out its partitions and gives you a list of found partitions. Here, select the required partition and move further. Software scans the selected partition and displays out a list of recovered files. From this list, select the required files and click Next. Software will ask you to save this current scanning session. Save the session to move to last screen. On this screen, provide the location to save the recovered files. When you click Next, software starts saving your data and displays the output folder. That's it. Follow these steps and recover data from your Seagate FreeAgent Goflex portable external hard drive.   1. So I did the last part where I have to select the output folder. When I clicked next, it only popped up a registration window that says "Buy Now" and "Enter Key." I'm stuck at the selecting the Output Folder part and it won't let me continue because of the registration window. Am I supposed to purchase something?

  3. what if it can't find the partition? what should i do then?
  4. My hard drive isn't recognized but shows that it is connected, it needs to be reformatted.........how can i recover the data before i reformat it?
  5. Does this work with error code 43?
