  10. this doesnt work for me it says failed after it tries to install drivers and a command prompt pops up and tries to install the drivers but does nothing happens after installing the driver as of what the prompt says ._. help. also is there a 2014 update to this.

    I know I'm late to the party. I have a T-Mobile Note II running stock 4.3. I've tried framaroot, rootmaster, and lastly towelroot. And I'm still not rooted. Installed supersu, it couldn't update the binaries, also couldn't disable knox. I ran a different rootchecker app and it said I have root but not root access. Said something about the system bin and xbin and something about busybox being false. I think rootmaster has given me the partial root because it installed an app called kinguser as a system aop. So now I can't delete it until I get root access. Another thing kinguser and rootmaster says I'm not rooted. After I click root device on rootmaster it says im rooted. But it has other root features that says need root permission, WTH! Yeah, I know it's crazy, isn't it? When I ran rootchecker (the popular one) it congratulated me for having root. The first paragraph says rooted, everything after the first paragraph says I'm not rooted. Not returning user and group ID's and some other stuff. None of the root apps work. Tried to disable knox so I could hopefully get supersu installed, couldn't do it. Downloaded the knox stuff then deleted it like I read somewhere, tried terminal emulator with the "su pm com.sec.knox.seandroid" command, didn't work. Tried different inputs on terminal emulator to try to get knox to shutdown for supersu. I know I didn't send everything you asked for, wasn't sure if I was gonna lose all of this if I left youtube to gather it. This is a lot to have to write over again. I had read somewhere that the exynos 4412 was a problem for rooting (one click methods). I've been searching high and low on the web and I'm still stuck. It's gonna be hard for me because I don't have a computer. That's why I was happy when I came across those one click methods. Wish I didn't ota update to 4.3, probably wouldn't be going through this crap now. I reached out to you because you said you would help, plus everyone else I've reached out to hasn't responded. I wish I could email you so I could send screenshots. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  19. Hi Rootjunky, i hv 2 question. 1)if i rooted my phone do i lost all software that i initially installed & need to reinstall all over again (factory setting)?
    2)Could i unroot back to factory setting if something goes wrong?
